First Sight is designed to be practical. The system operates in structured stations, allowing many students to be screened quickly, and those who require glasses receive them immediately. There are two ways organizations can utilize First Sight: integrate it into an existing eye care setup or utilize First Sight training modules, enabling teachers, volunteers, and community workers to run programs safely and consistently. In both cases, customized prescription eyeglasses are provided on site and on the spot.

Simplicity: In Just Three Steps

Step 1

VISION SCREENING

A simple Tumbling E chart identifies who needs correction.

Results can be recorded on paper forms or using First Sight free software for real-time monitoring.

Step 2

Lens Selection, Lens Tree Process

The Lens Tree process helps determine the best lens power quickly. Trainees learn to read lens power markings and select matching lenses from the kit.

Step 3

Assemble and deliver

Lenses are inserted into frames and fitted immediately. The recipient leaves with a clear vision in minutes.
